Xtreme Everest and The Mountain Medicine Society of Nepal held a one-day conference at the Summit Hotel, Kathmandu, Nepal today. The conference, attended by over 90 delegates, was held to present data from Xtreme Everest medical research expeditions to the Nepalese medical community. The conference was chaired by Dr Buddha Basnyat, Professor Monty Mythen, and Dr Dan Martin.

Lectures throughout the day were lively, and generated lots of discussion. Xtreme Everest is looking forward to collaborating with the Mountain Medicine Society of Nepal in the future.
